Fight freckles

Not all mothers-to-be will be bothered by freckles, but if your mother or sister had them during pregnancy, chances are you will too.

To help avoid these pregnancy spots:

Fight a sallow face

During pregnancy some women find their faces become sallow. To fight this try wearing some light makeup.

Use UV sunscreen. Use concealer to cover blemishes, then pink powders and glosses to brighten the cheeks and lips.

Fight open pores

Due to excessive hormone secretion, mothers-to-be may have excessive skin oil. In this case, cleansing skin care products that balance oil are the best weapons. If excessive skin oil leads to acne problems, use a concealer instead of anti-acne products. Most anti-acne products contain A Acid, which is an absolute no-no for expecting mothers.

Women's skin may grow more sensitive during pregnancy, so don't change the brand of skin care products you use and try to use perfume-free, hypo-allergenic products.
