With the chill of winter upon us, Morel's Restaurant and Caf¨¦ has produced a traditional European-style hot pot, where it is known as Fondue, which is a delightful dish in winter. I strongly recommend you to taste it. The warm flavor with flower fragrance is really unforgettable. Dishes available only at Liang Ma Restaurant: Chef Morel Fondue a la Tomato (for two pax, RMB198 ): 400g Swiss tomato flavored cheese with boiled potato and bread. Cheese Fondue Neuchatelaise (for two pax, RMB 188 ): 400g two different flavored Swiss cheeses with mixed salad and bread.
