Yashi

There is only one Yashi locatin in Shanghai, in the Lansheng Mansion. Each of its six stylists has his or her own style, so choose wisely. Alex's cuts are usually more rough and avant-garde, while Keli's are more delicate and thus more suitable for office ladies. The only female stylist, Lila, also does good work, though charges a bit less at RMB 68 for a cut.

Tiffany

Hairstyle design at the Tiffany Ganghui shop has three price levels: the top three stylists charge RMB 180 per head for a cut. One of them, Wang Xiangming, is Shanghainese. The nine chief supervisors charge RMB 118 for a cut; the others charge RMB 68. Though hosting these many stylists, the Tiffany Ganghui shop is often quite crowded. Stylists do all the cuts themselves, but perming is done by assistants. . All Tiffany shops accept both credit cards and cash.
