Steve Shannon, Brand Ambassador for Cape Mentelle Winery, Margaret River, Australia will host a dinner featuring all the current release wines from the award winning winery.

Dinner will start with canapes and a glass or two of the 2005 Sauvignon Semillon Blanc, followed by a four course dinner matched with the Cape Mentelle Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Guests can choose from two main courses designed to bring out the different nuances of the Cabernet Sauvignon with Steve leading a discussion on food and wine matching.
