Guilin mifen (Guilin rice noodles)

The most famous food in Guilin. It is made by grinding top quality rice into powder, then making the powder into liquid. When the liquid congeals, it is made into a paste. This paste is then made into rice noodles. Rice noodles are white, soft and smooth. People make rice noodles of different flavors with different seasonings.
