It represents only 3% of the total mass of a 200kg Tuna Fish and is considered amongst some of the most exquisite delicacies in the gourmet world. Its unparallel quality and taste makes it a unique delicacy that you must sample.

It will be seasoned and seared quickly at the Sushi counter for Nigiri, then cut into steaks and grilled. Chef Jack will also prepare Toro for sashimi, sesame coated Toro for Nigiri Sushi, Teppanyaki Toro Steak with Wakame Seaweed and Toro Tartare with Plum Soya Dressing. Shintaro features the best catch from the South Pacific priced in a variety of dishes from 110rmb-350rmb per item (+15%).
