Mystique Club
(City Weekend)

Mystique Club has taken a page out of the good ol' Gongtixilu book.

A mix between Babyface and Angel - itty-bitty dance space surrounded by a sea of tables - Mystique manages to dish up clubbing fun.

Though not as large as its Gongti brethren, the two-story club behind Sanlitun's 3.3 holds its own with an impressive LED light roof and huge flat screens plastering three walls. When we went in, heavy industrial techno blasted.

But the biggest draw of Mystique will not be the music, or the cute girl DJ on the ones and twos, or the RMB 50 cocktails, or even the extremely serviceable if not overanxious staff ("Do you need help? A recommendation? Please let me help you!").

The biggest draw will be their outdoor terrace that gives Bar Blu's a run for its money. The new kid on the block, Mystique and its terrace is sure to become a destination for Sanlitun goers.
