HK Ocean Park among Forbes' "World's Most Popular Amusement Parks" (CRI) Updated: 2006-06-02 17:10
The three Disney amusement parks in Orlando, Tokyo and Paris topped the
Forbes list of world's most popular amusement parks in 2005, with Ocean Park in
Hong Kong coming in at number seven, reports China Radiao International.

Forbes compiled its list on the basis of numbers from trade publication
Amusement Business and consulting firm Economic Research Associates, which
ranked the top international amusement parks by 2005 attendance.
Orlando's Walt Disney World Resort in the US received the most visitors last
year, with an annual attendance of 16.2 million, followed by Tokyo Disneyland
with 13 million and Disneyland Park in Paris with 10.02 million.
The other amusement parks on the list are Everland in South Korea, Blackpool
Pleasure Beach in the UK, Tivoli Gardens in Denmark, Hong Kong Ocean Park,
Europa-Park in Germany, Paramount Canada's Wonderland, and Port Aventura in
Spain.
