Colorful sand sculpture in Turpan

Updated: 2006-06-01 10:32 A group of Disneyland colorful sand sculptures
created by sand sculptor Li Yu for free have been completed in the China Sand
Sculpture Art City at the Kumtag Desert Scenic Spot located in Turpan of
Xinjiang Autonomous Region on May 31, and it will open to tourists on June 1 as
a generous present for the Children's Day. It is learnt that this group of sand
sculptures are the only colorful sand sculptures in the Art City.
