Perhaps this place is named Time because it takes a long time to find!

The SOHO buildings aren't labeled well, nor are the entrances, but just head to the building on the far West of the complex. The obscure entrance is on the north side of the building. It's a cozy little nook. The open ceiling, which reveals a maze of pipes, gives a lofty feel.

Chef Raymond Ye, former sous chef at Aria, creates delectable fusion specialties, with an emphasis on French influences.

The fried salted fish mashed potato ball is appetizing, with a crispy crust and tender filling inside. The mouth-watering pan fried sea bass' saltiness is balanced with a sweet and sour sauce on top.

Beef, lamb and salmon are also featured on the menu as well as western staples like pizza and spaghetti. The reasonably priced (RMB 38) set lunch will leave you dining without having to worry about your wallet.
