The specialties at Wanger Jiaoziguan are Mensuyu (RMB 12) stewed, small crisp crucian carps seasoned with lobster sauce and garlic cooked with a secret recipe and dumplings.. The shrimp dumplings (RMB 6 per jin, and 1 jin equals 50 grams) are extraordinarily delicious with the shrimp flavor mellowed by leeks and juice. .
The minimum order for dumplings is 2 jin.

Zhuoji Mifen (Zhuoji Rice Noodles)

Surrounded by luxurious wedding dress shooting shops, small Zhuoji Mifen is easy to miss, but that would be a mistake. Specialties are round rice noodles prepared in a variety of ways, such dressed in cold sauce, in soup (beef or chicken ) and fried, for RMB 7. The Chicken soup rice noodles are especially recommended, even though the chicken is sometimes a little overcooked. Diners who love spicy food better double their maximum chili dose as the chili here is far from being hot despite waiting staff's kind warnings.
