Quanjude Peking Roast Duck's Wangfujing branch, along with Sichuan Fandian Restaurant, comes up with more than 20 new creations to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the opening of the branch and the restaurant. Flavors of Yushiang

Sichuan Fandian Restaurant's Prince Gong's Palace branch introduces more than 10 Yushiang, or fish-flavored dishes. Yushiang is marked by a fresh, salty, slightly spicy, slightly sweet flavor, with a strong aroma of ginger, garlic and shallot.
