Luxury at a discount

A super sale of luxury goods on Sunday is a golden opportunity for Beijing's shoppers who have tightened their purse strings amid the global economic crisis.

The sale will be held at Maison Mode, a high-end shopping mall in Jianguo Lu, Chaoyang district.

Up to 70 percent will be taken off handbags, wallets, sunglasses and clothes of top fashion labels including Gucci, Prada, Dior and FENDI.

The event has been organized by www.luxee.com, one of China's biggest luxury goods websites, and marketing company First DM.
