Bikini beauties beckon at beachside venue

It is the season to feast on beauties with the 35th Miss Bikini World Competition set to kick off on May 15 in Sanya, Hainan province, and the Miss Leisure World Competition that will begin on June 12 in Changchun, Jilin province.

Participants from 73 countries and regions will take part in the Bikini Competition, while 80 countries and regions will be represented at the latter.

The competitions are also aimed at promoting tourism at the two venues. Sanya, located in South China, is famous for its beaches and sunshine, while the northern city of Changchun draws visitors to its magnificent views of the Changbai Mountains.
