The Luohe River was once ruled by a tyrant Hebo, who disrupted the riverside people's peaceful lives. A young girl Mi, the most beautiful girl in the Fuxi tribe, sacrificed herself by jumping into the river - she became the goddess of the Luohe River, while her lover Zhi was transformed into a dead tree.
