'King Content' principle

The country's most authoritative English newspaper, China Daily, insisted that "King Content" principle when revamping the paper and improving process management.

Over the past 30 years, we have done a number of revisions to the newspaper, changing from eight black-and-white layouts, to 24 colorful layouts.

We now have 12 print publications and a number of editorial features, which have boosted our international profile.

We are happy to report more pages and stories, better coverage of domestic and world issues, and more in-depth features, opinion and analysis – combining to spread the voice of China and provide a window on the country.

Every year, our reporters and editors are recognized by the world and win press awards.

On Aug 1, 2010, China Daily Sunday Edition was launched to realize the goal of "Meeting Readers Everyday".
