HANGZHOU - Four trucks overturned when an overpass ramp collapsed in East China's Zhejiang Province Monday, but no fatalities were reported.
The 120-meter-long ramp linking a highway in Shangyu City with National Highway 104 at the Chunhui Overpass collapsed at about 3 am, said a statement from the Shangyu government press office.
At the time, a fleet of four coal trucks were on the ramp, which was 7 meters off the ground at the highest point, said the statement.
The truck drivers were taken to hospital. Three of the drivers received minor injuries, but the condition of the fourth is not yet available.
Traffic on the main section of National Highway 104 has resumed and city authorities are investigating the collapse.
