China's former military leader passes away

BEIJING - Liu Huaqing, former vice chairman of China's Central Military Commission, passed away on Friday at the age of 95.

Liu, born in central China's Hubei Province in 1916, had been a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee.
