Geithner: US and China in stronger positions

Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner told the opening ceremony of the 2nd China-US Strategic and Economic Dialogue that the US and China, along with Brazil, India and other emerging economies, are in much stronger positions today to overcome the challenges ahead.

Geithner quoted the old Chinese proberb "feng yu tong zhou" (stick together through thick and thin) to address the bilateral relation between China and US while addressing the 2nd China-US Strategic and Economic Dialogue.
