Lunar probe marked with gold
A set of commemorative gold bars for Chang'e-2, China's second lunar probe, is displayed in Beijing on Tuesday. The commemorative set, supervised by the development center of art work at the National Museum of China, contains two gold bars: one is printed with the Great Wall, flying pigeons representing peace, and the Chang'e-2 on the front; the other contains a picture of Chang'e-2 orbiting the moon, referring to the spirit of peaceful exploration of the moon and the development of aerospace technology. The gold bars weigh 25 grams each, and only 2,010 sets will be produced. [Photo/Xinhua]
