More than 40 suspects involved in gambling at a casino in Hefei, East China’s Anhui province, have been arrested, and about 200,000 yuan ($29,417) has been recovered from that casino on Aug 21, the Hefei municipal police authority said.

The casino was hidden in a suite at Yuanyi Hilton Hotel, where the three gambling organizers thought the casino would be “safer.”

The three organizers invited gamblers through friends. They kept 10% of the money from every winner in the casino. Each bet ranged from 100 yuan ($14.7) to 1,000 yuan ($147).
