Caged in balcony, bored dogs jump to death

Two pet dogs of a man who kept them locked in his fenceless balcony, seven floors high, and never took them out for a walk fell to the ground one after the other in Dalian, Liaoning province, last week.

It is said the dogs committed suicide due to boredom.
