Man walks 400 km to win girl's heart, rejected

A man from Chongqing municipality walked more than 400 km to Chengdu, Sichuan province, in hopes of winning back his ex-girlfriend's heart.

The exercise turned out to be a futile effort.

After breaking up with his girlfriend following a four-year relationship, the man realized he couldn't live without her, and publicized that he would walk all the way to his lover's university in Chengdu to win her back.

He reached the girl's university after walking for 15 days. The girl, however, maintained she had moved on with her life.
