| A tourist facility is under construction in a desert geologic park in
Alashan, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region July 6, 2007. The vast
Alashan desert geologic park, comprising of Badain Jaran, Tengger and Ulan
Buh deserts, is planned and under construction. In the
938.4-square-kilometer park, there will be rich tourism resources,
including desert, Gobi, sand dunes, lakes, stone forests and fossils.
