Oldrich Svarousky, who once starred as stand-in actor in Hollywood movies, including Men in Black and Taxi Driver, accidently fell off a running car as he tried to jump through fire rings, part of a recurrence to a film snippet.

Sources with Xinhua News Agency and the Shanghai-based News Times said Svarousky's head hit the ground first in the falling, causing him into coma.

The actor was taken to a local hospital right away. The doctor said Svarousky's condition was severe and complicated and the treatment plan was not able to be worked out until a physical checkup was completed.
