A Nanjing court has rejected a local school teacher's compensation claim for 1 yuan (12 US cents) over comments made by his principal.

A dispute erupted between Luo and his boss last April after he refused to follow her instructions.

The principal called Luo a "fool" in front of his colleagues. Luo sued his boss but the court concluded her remarks did not cause him any serious damage.
