Girl, 9, makes it to Lhasa after 49 days on bicycle

Escorted by her father, a 9-year-old girl from Kunming of Yunnan Province arrived in Lhasa, capital of the Tibet Autonomous Region, by bicycle recently.

The two took 49 days to complete the 3,000-kilometre journey from Shanghai to Lhasa.

Jiang Huan said her dream was to, one day, make it throughout China on a bicycle all by herself.
