Local resident fies a dragon-shaped kite on the
bank of West
Lake in Hangzhou, catpital of East China's Zhejiang Province on
March 20,
2006. To welcome the coming Hangzhou International Leisure Expo,

a kite club fly 30 kites that day, which attracts many tourists.
