The Beijing News on Wednesday reported that the headquarters of Order Flooring, claiming to be a famous German flooring brand, didn't exist at all in Germany.

Order Flooring is now considered as having seriously swindled customers, the Beijing News reported on the International Day for Protecting Consumers' Rights, March 15.

The salesperson at the Order Flooring shop said Order floorings could be priced at 2,008 yuan (US$250) per square meter mostly on account of being from Germany.

Also, an exquisite brochure provided by the enterprise states that Order Germany, founded early in 1903, has good sales in over 80 countries, and as well possesses a research and development center and 5 production bases in Germany.

Moreover, an office and manufacture area of over 500,000 square meters is located in Rosenheim of the state of Bavaria, according to the brochure.

However, despite denials by Yan Peijin, president of Order Beijing, insiders revealed that the headquarters of Germany Order didn't exist at all.

While Yan said that Order Flooring has the best quality, many customers countrywide complained strongly about the company around the day for consumers' rights.

Correspondents of CCTV, China Central Television station, went to Germany and looked further into the issue and discovered that the local business administration hasn't approved any enterprise named Order for registration.

Also, the name of "Order China Ltd" that frequently appears on the official media and brochure actually isn't in any official register, according to the Beijing Administration of Industry and Commerce.

Order Flooring said once there was a machining joint-venture factory in Beijing Tongzhou Industrial Park. However, only one flooring enterprise from Jilin Province had established a branch there, processing and packaging floorings with the label of "Order."

The Beijing authorities for industrial and commercial administration said it is investigating Order Flooring China's alleged cheating and will take legal actions if any problems are found.
