Top 10 box office movies on China market in H1

China's box office totaled 24.58 billion yuan ($3.67 billion) in the first half of 2016, according to China Economic Net citing data from an official source.

The box office of homemade movies and those co-produced with Chinese filmmakers came to 11.46 billion yuan and that of imported movies arrived at 12.825 billion yuan.

Of the top 10 box office movies, four were locally made or co-produced and the rest were imported.
