A hotel tried all kinds of gimmicks to recruit young girls to try out sleeping in hotel beds in order to improve their services in Changsha city, Central China's Hunan province.

The recruiting staff put on cartoon animal suits and black masks on their faces to attract the applicants, and the hotel also hired a hypnotist to hypnotize people and animals as an additional attraction.

The hotel wants to hire young girls, who would be paid at least 10,000 yuan ($1,611) a month and as much as 240,000 yuan a year plus bonus and welfare, according to the company.

However, the job is not easy as employees in the sleeping trial must spend nights at least ten different hotels each month.

After trial sleeping in one hotel, she must write a research report of more than 5,000 Chinese characters on all aspects of the hotel, including her experience of the hotel, bed size and furniture brands.

All the research reports by the trial sleeper will be used as references for the hotel to improve their own facilities and services.
