PICC and Jackie Chan foundations help rebuild kindergarten in Sichuan

A kindergarten in Mianzhu, in Sichuan province, completed its reconstruction on Nov 28, 2010, the Sichuan Daily reported.

The rebuilding project was sponsored by the PICC Charity Foundation and Jackie Chan Charitable Foundation Beijing with a total donation of 3 million yuan.

The new kindergarten occupies an area of 2,700 square meters equipped with a library and a music room. The original kindergarten collapsed during a devastating earthquake on May 12, 2008.
