Fujian to Lixian in Sichuan

Fujian province sent 6,000 tents to Lixian county in Sichuan on May 23. The tent and temporary housing makers are working overtime at full capacity to make the shelters.

Heilongjiang to Wenjiang in Sichuan

A Heilongjiang province relief train carried 33 tons of rice, five tons of flour, 800 trunks of medicine, 2,290 quilts, 7,000 clothing, 900 trunks of water 60 ozone antisepsis devices and 500 tents to Wenjiang county in Sichuan.

Henan to Jiangyou in Sichuan

Officials of Henan province are in Jiangyou and are planning to send 64,000 tents and 50,000 sq m of construction materials to build temporary houses and 950,000 sq m of water resistant awnings in villages.

Guangdong to Wenchuan in Sichuan

Guangdong province sent 250 temporary homes on May 24 to Wenzhuan, the epicenter of the earthquake. About 6,000 sq m of housing were transported to Yingxiu town, the most seriously destroyed area.

Guangdong also contributed 20 railway containers of housing and 135 tons fabric to Wenchuan.

Jiangsu to Mianzhu in Sichuan

Jiangsu province has provided Mianzhu with 57,000 sq meters of material to build 19,000 sq m of temporary homes, as well as 23,190 tents.

Jilin to Pingwu in Sichuan

Jilin province has gathered more than 100 architects and five architecture design institutions to design shelter plans for Pingwu county in Sichuan. Jilin promises to finish the task before July 20, with a 20 sq meter shed for every family.

Shandong to Beichuan in Sichuan

Shandong province shoulders the task of sending 68,000 temporary homes to Sichuan province. Besides the 830 houses it has already sent to Mianyang, Shandong will establish 4,000 shelters in Beichuan county in the first phase of aid work.

Zhejiang to Qingchuan in Sichuan

Zhejiang province will build 5,000 temporary houses in Qingchuan county in Sichuan province, and 4,000 will be finished before June 25.

Jiangxi to Xiaojin in Sichuan

The first relief materials of 10,000 quilts, food and 500 tents were transported by railway from Nanchang, capital of Jiangxi province to Sichuan's Xiaojin county on May 26.

Hebei to Chongzhou in Sichuan

Hebei province has donated 1,750 tents and 1,008 houses to Chongzhou county in Sichuan.
