China-Switzerland direct flights to start this weekend

Swiss Airlines will launch daily flights from Shanghai to Zurich on Saturday, the airline's Beijing Office said on Wednesday.

The service will be the first direct China-Switzerland flights.

Flight LX189 will take off from Shanghai at 9:15 am local time and arrive in Zurich at 3:40 pm local time.

Flight LX188, the return flight, will leave Zurich at 1:05 pm local time and arrive in Shanghai at 6:35 am the next morning local time.
