Project description Guangyuan urban living sewage disposal factory is located in Shanghai Road Lizhou Developing District Guangyuan City.It has an area of 36.6 mu.It is owned by Guangyuan Water Supply £¦ Drainge Company with its legal person Zhao Dejun. This project started on August 12th 2002 and will be finished by the end of March 2004. The total investment is USD 9,638,500, among which USD 6,987,900 is used in the factory and USD 2,650,600 is used out of the factory to cutting off the sewage. 
Construction condition The project was approved by Sichuan Development Planning Commission in 1995 (  Document fixed NO.842 )and designed by Sichuan Environment Co.,Ltd. It adopted the technology of level 2 Biochemical Disposal (ICEAS) so that the disposed water accords with the national level 1 of Draining standard. It also passed the preliminary examination by Sichuan Development Planning Commission, Sichuan Construction Office and Sichuan Environmental Protection Bureau in July 2001. It was approved to dispose 50,000m3 sewage per day.

Annual profit will be USD 102,400.
