Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy and Daisy Duck, along with other lovable Disney characters join forces with world-class magicians for a performance that will excite and delight children of all ages. Mickey's Magic Show, produced by Disney Live!, claims to be an interactive theatrical event that brings special moments from legendary Disney films to life onstage.
Audiences see Cinderella's rags turned into a beautiful ball gown in a split second; Aladdin's Princess Jasmine levitates; and the dancing brooms from Fantasia sweep Minnie off her feet. Watch celebrity-mouse-cum-magician Mickey perform illusions and make Disney princesses - Ariel, Belle, Cinderella and Snow White - mysteriously materialize out of thin air. The magic is complemented by Cinderella's Fairy Godmother, Alice in Wonderland's Mad Hatter and real-life magicians.
"This one-of-a-kind show gives parents and children the power to see magic everywhere," said producer Kenneth Feld. "We take them on an inspirational journey with Disney characters, where they learn to find the magic within and all around them. At the same time, families will see world-class illusions that will truly take their breath away."
Famed illusionist Jim Steinmeyer, who has worked with leading magicians such as David Copperfield, Lance Burton and Siegfried & Roy, brings more than 20 years of world-class experience to the show.
Professional illusionists Brad Ross and Alex Gonzales help make the magic as Mickey's trusty apprentices.
"In every show we do, we try to exceed audiences' expectations," said director Jerry Bilik. "With the sheer magnitude of the illusions, we are able to take the audience to a place far beyond, besides taking part in a unique Disney experience."
Whether they are onstage or in their seats, children are said to have an unforgettable experience working as magicians' assistants in this interactive show.
