Anhui signs more tech import and export contracts

East China's Anhui province clinched 89 technological import and export contracts in the first quarter of this year, a rise of 85.4 percent over the year-earlier level, according to the province's commerce bureau.

But the import and export value involved in the projects went down 45.5 percent year-on-year to $110 million.

The total tech trade volume included $110 million of imports, down 48.5 percent year-on-year, and $430,000 of exports, as against nil a year earlier.
