Shanghai foreign-funded companies' exports up

Foreign-funded enterprises in Shanghai, which account for two thirds of the city's total foreign trade, generated $116 billion in external trade during the first half of this year, a growth of 45.35 percent on the same period of last year, according to the municipal customs house.
