ABC to release prospectus on June 17: sources

The Agricultural Bank of China (ABC), the only remaining member of the country's "big four" state-controlled megabanks still unlist, will release a formal prospectus on June 17 for its Shanghai IPO and kick off the pre-road show in Beijing on the same day, China Securities Journal reported Saturday, citing unnamed sources.

ABC will begin the preliminary price inquiry on June 18 and determine the issue price range on June 25, said the report.

The lender also asked underwriters and sub-underwriters to complete online and offline subscriptions by July 6, so as to ensure an A-share float on July 15.
