"Although we haven't fixed the price for The World, I expect it no less than 60,000 yuan per square meter, and the property management fee as much as 100 yuan per square meter each month." said Yuan Jinrong, president assistant of Guangdong Zhongli Group, which developed The World.

Based on the fact the first batch houses of The World takes up 900 square meters each, the house would cost no less than 54 million yuan.

Responding to the fact that Shanghai Tomson Riviera homes aren't selling because of its sky-high price, Yuan said, "We are well prepared since it may take more than 10 years to sell a high-ranking house."
