Beijing Ultrapower Software Co, which was set to release its annual report on March 18, disclosed in a short statement in early February that the company would pay a final dividend of three yuan (44 cents) plus 15 shares per 10 shares. From Feb 5 to March 15, the company's stock soared from 120.31 yuan to 153 yuan, up 27.17 percent, as it was regarded as the most generous dividend plan.

However, the crown might be taken by Shenzhen Salubris Pharmaceuticals Co, a pharmaceutical and healthcare products manufacturer, after it said it would offer 10 yuan plus 10 shares per 10 shares to its shareholders in the annual report released on March 15.

Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal Co, a coal mining processor, also proposed to distribute 10 yuan plus 10 shares per 10 B-share to its shareholders on Feb 10.

The big shareholders of the three companies will get a large share in the final dividend, the report said.
