Dr. Chen's presentation on his latest venture in China of two Integral Grid trial projects, the "Third Brain driven learning engine" and "digital hospital and healthcare". The "Third Brain" has been tested in high schools in China and shown results assisting students learning English and enhancing their opportunities to pursue a college education. The "Third Brain" is an architecture beyond the Petaflop system which emulates the real Human Brain, drawing inter-disciplinary functions of the brain to assist the learning process. Meanwhile the "Digital Hospital and Healthcare" will reach the rural and farming areas to assist doctors in treating hard-to-reach villages. Both of these projects rely on wireless technologies to bridge the "last 100 miles (200 Kilometers)"
