A source from global chemical group BASF said last Friday the capacity expansion investment of its Nanjing project with top Asian refiner Sinopec has increased to $900 million. Sinopec and BASF signed a $500 million agreement to expand their joint chemical project in Nanjing, the capital of East China's Jiangsu Province.
