Titan Petrochemicals Group Ltd, a Chinese oil tanker company, may build 5.66 million cubic meters of tankage, making it the nation's biggest independent fuels storage provider.

The company, based in Hong Kong, plans to build the storage facilities on the east coast of China in the next four years, according to a presentation by Chief Executive Barry Cheung.
