Formosa Plastics Group may spin-off its mainland-based divisions and list their shares in Hong Kong, the Taiwanese newspaper Commercial Times reported, citing an unidentified company official.

The Taiwan-based group is deciding whether the units will be listed individually or combined into a holding company before selling shares, the newspaper said.
