China: US action at WTO over IPR protection negative(Reuters)Updated: 2006-11-07 20:59 BEIJING - Any move by the United States to take China to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) over intellectual property violations would have an "extremely negative" impact on trade relations, Chinese Commerce Minister Bo Xilai said on Tuesday. "We think it's senseless. It won't help solve any problems," he told reporters.
