Support sci & tec talents in enterprises, institutes and colleges to take a part time job in Fuzhou, turning their new hi-tech into commodities, and to take part in the technology innovation. Part-time job will be paid additionally.

8. Support sci & tec achievements¡¯ brooding. After the verification by responsible departments of municipal Sci & tec Administration, Sci & tec talents brooding in Fuhzou with their own scientific achievements, that will be supported by government with 10%-60% of necessary fund, but no more than 200,000 Yuan.
