Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao watches as a wreath is laid at
Cambodia's Independence Monument during his two-day visit to Phnom Penh, April
8, 2006. Wen took part in signing bilateral agreements and ground breaking
ceremonies and was scheduled to meet with King Norodom Sihamoni before his
