Nineteen scenic sites in Tianjin's Jizhou district, including Panshan Mountain and the Dule Temple, reopened to the public on Friday morning following days of severe rainfall.

The downpours, which began on Sunday, triggered the region's worst mountain floods in 70 years, causing widespread disruption. But with key recovery efforts now underway, Jizhou authorities have lifted the heavy rain and geological disaster alerts. Damaged roads have been temporarily cleared, and restoration work continues, according to the local government.
