A landslide triggered by flooding killed two workers at a construction site in Huixian county, Longnan City, Gansu province, on Thursday, according to local authorities.
Search and rescue work is underway.
Heavy rainfall persisted in Longnan from Wednesday to Thursday, flooding some streets in Huixian and triggering landslides in mountainous areas.
